the staff were polite. breakfast also offered a choice of continental options.
The room was very small. there was insufficient hanging space for clothes. although facilities advertised tea and coffee making facilities, there was only a coffee machine. i asked at reception for a kettle. I was advised that these were not provided.

Karina and other staff were so helpful. When i felt sick, they brought me hot tea and checked on me regularly. we accidentally left our passports in the safe. the staff assured us they would keep the passports safe. finding them there upon our return was a relief!
the room i stayed in was a bit small.

i was disappointed with the room size. it was quite tiny and there was really nowhere to put luggage (i had to keep my suitcase on the floor the whole time).
